Saudi Patient-Derived iPSCs

Our catalog contains iPS cell lines derived from Saudi patients with extremely rare genetic disorders, many of which have never been modeled before. In addition, iPS cell lines from patients with common diseases that have a strong genetic component, offering broad relevance to public health. These lines represent a powerful platform for precision medicine, enabling patient-specific disease modeling and targeted drug discovery. All cell lines are for research use only (RUO).

HLA-Based Banked iPSCs

Our HLA-based iPSC bank is built on high-resolution HLA typing data from over 65,000 registered Saudi donors, offering an unprecedented population-level insight. From this extensive dataset, we identified a select group of HLA haplotypes that provide maximal coverage across the Saudi population. iPSC lines derived from these HLA-typed donors serve as a powerful foundation for off-the-shelf, immunologically compatible cell therapies. As we transition into our new GMP facility, all cell lines remain for RUO.
